First edition. Printed by Zokeisha Publications, Japan. Accordian-fold book 5.5 X 2.25 ins which opens to 5.5 ins. X 10 ft. Mauve cloth covered boards with frasconi monogram on upper cover. Book slips into pictorial slipcase with title in colour and thumb cut-out. A fine copy.
